Eligibility
Biosolutions companies with validated technology and core R&D completed, where further progress depends on scaling, and with no commercial investment or for-profit financing.
Team Composition
Teams with the technical, operational, and commercial capabilities required to execute scale-up.
Program support
Access to BII’s community, network, fundraising platform, and events, with a dedicated BII anchor providing ongoing support and guidance.
Funding
Convertible loan of DKK 3–5 million per project, paid in milestone-based tranches.
Intellectual Property (IP)
Core IP must be owned or exclusively licensed to the company, or clearly licensable.
Application Frequency
Up to four decision cycles per year.
